Our room was very comfortable, spacious and clean with everything we needed. The onsen bath was really unique, worth the trip :) The island and harbour are very charming and most importantly of all, Emi-san was an incredibly nice host who went out of her way to help us - thank you so much Emi-san, we won’t forget our stay !

Thank you so much for Ohyama Naho sang, our room manager. It was such a polite reception that it became a memorable trip for the rest of my life. I really want to see you again. The ryokan and crab dishes that smelled like the sea were the icing on the cake. It was a lovely place.

We loved staying here. It was in a lovely quiet location. The beds were very comfortable and the room was a good size. It was nice we also had a small table we could eat at. The pyjamas were divine. We nearly bought some! We got fresh towels after one night but reused others instead). I enjoyed the Asahi beer tap and the wine tap where quests could pour themselves a drink around happy hour time.). Everything else was perfect and the staff were very patient with my limited Japanese. I'd recommend it.

I don’t understand why people are complaining about their stay there. I had a great time, friendly and helpful staff, comfy bed and pillows, free of charge washing machine tumble dryer and decent size public bath.

The hotel had every amenity you could possibly need and was in an immaculate condition. The room was very clean and tidy. Came with a leg / foot massager which was perfect after my day of hiking. Location was very convenient, right next to the train station, bus terminal and plenty of shops.
