Great location (just next to Himeji station, and 15 mins walk to Himeji castle) and clean facilities. The bed was soft and comfortable. Love the pajamas! The staff was also friendly and helpful.

Breakfast provided was of good quality and quantity. Coffee was provided and great for the cold weather. The place was new and clean and all amenities provided of good quality. Excellent value for money and a great place for stop over.

This was my second time staying at this hotel, and I truly appreciate how quiet the rooms are and the attention to detail from the staff. This time, I ordered breakfast, which was quite diverse and definitely exceeded my expectations. Everything was fresh and delicious. They even went the extra mile by offering free ice cream at night to cool you down after the onsen, and a probiotic drink in the morning, such a thoughtful touch!
