1. All hotel staff are very friendly. 2. The receptions can communicate in English, so foreign travelers won’t have any communication issues. 3. The location is excellent, very close to popular attractions and the monorail station. 4. The room is very clean, with modern decor and good facilities. 5. Location is great! Only a few steps from a Yui Line station. There is a HUGE shopping mall just a few steps away. Rooms are wide and slient. Bathroom is perfect, coin-op laundry is perfectly usable. There's a locker room to leave your luggage a little bit after checking out.

Cleanliness - it was spotless! Exceptional! The size of the place was bigger than I thought / shown in photos. The team also accommodated for infant with a cot, high chair and even baby bath! There was a kitchen with stove top and appliances, a decent size dining table and sofas, making our stay feels like home.
