The room was absolutely wonderful. We appreciated the little touches that showed genuine care and going the extra mile to ensure guest's needs were looked after. The bathroom was fantastic in every way, harnessing the best of technology that Japan is known for. The check-in was a breeze, reception staff was friendly and I can see the effort to explain how to go about things. Breakfast was well arrayed and offered an excellent selection of Japanese breakfast items, to me a very welcome departure from the usual Western fare. Great view of Himeji Castle from the dining area. The hotel was situated a very short walk from the station which made it very convenient for our morning return to Tokyo. All in all a wonderful overnight stay, thank you.

Very friendly staff who allowed us to leave luggage whilst we were out and about before checking in.
