The most amazing location - it's in the middle of the woods and next to a river - the location is simply amazing! Wish we stayed there longer. The smell of the pine trees, the forest and the river is probably the highlight of the stay. The location is very peaceful and you can see the stars properly if you go for a night walk. Well equipped - small kitchen with all you need for cooking, fridge, TV. Short drive to Tairyuji Ropeway

Lovely location, very kind and friendly staff, fantastic room and clean facilities and the meals were exceptional. We called from the ropeway station and they collected us within 20 minutes which was nice after a long day of walking. This place is so great it’s my second time back.

The host was exceptionally friendly and his place was beautiful decorated with the best futon and soft floor. And as an extra, he speaks very good English which makes everything so much easier. I can’t recommend this place enough
