Good location just in the terminal 3 Haneda airport. Staying there we actually felt a little bit like Tom Hanks in Terminal movie 😀 There is easy acces to transport from the airport and also to all restaurants and shops. The rooms were bright and spacious with a lot of useful equipment which we loved. Everything was super clean. We loved and often used the gym and Onsen in the building.

We enjoyed our stay. It was close to the train station and shopping center yet quiet. The staff was very accommodating, especially Ms. Tomomi Murata, who helped us find the most economical way to travel from Haneda to Narita. The breakfast was superb, the room was spacious and cleaned daily I will choose this hotel again when I visit Tokyo.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They even arranged to change from double to twin beds on short notice. The room was clean and spacious. The view on the Rainbow bridge was amazing. Excellent location right next to the Daiba station and relatively close to Tokyo Teleport station. An airport bus departs directly from the hotel to terminals 1-3. Very pleasant stay.

We chose this hotel because we had an early morning flight, but we were pleasantly surprised by how satisfied we were with our stay. The hotel staff provided excellent service, especially one staff member who I believe was from India. He helped take care of my 8-year-old daughter and even gave her a very special chocolate. We are still grateful to him. The hotel itself is very new and clean, and the rooms are spacious. The beds are comfortable, and there's even a capsule coffee machine in the room! We all agreed that we should have stayed here for two nights.

We enjoyed our stay. It was close to the train station and shopping center yet quiet. The staff was very accommodating, especially Ms. Tomomi Murata, who helped us find the most economical way to travel from Haneda to Narita. The breakfast was superb, the room was spacious and cleaned daily I will choose this hotel again when I visit Tokyo.
