The location is excellent. Only about 3-5 mins walk from Chiba East Exit. Many restaurants and convient stores near by. Excellent staff offering great service. I had to print out some important document at 2am, their reception staff did it without any complaint. I am really grateful with their help.

the loved the location, being so close to the train station really helped with getting around. the staff were super kind and friendly - plus they allowed us to store our bags when we checked out for free. The room was comfortable and it had a good bed!

I only stayed for a short period as I had to go to an event. But the people were very kind during check in and check out. The room was quite big! A monorail station is nearby towards Chiba Minato. From here it is easy to reach Makuhari station!
