Great location. 3 mins walk to JR Hamamatsu station. Plenty of food & shopping nearby. Hotel staff are very friendly & helpful. Buffet breakfast is delicious. They serve Unagi with rice. We also appreciate the daily happy hours. And other amenities. The room is spacious and well maintained.

Great, modern hotel with friendly staff, good breakfast and nice rooms. We asked for a higher floor in the online reservation's comment field, and they gave us a room on the top floor. Breakfast has a good selection of Japanese and Western food. The front desk can send your luggage with Yamato (for the standard Yamato fee).

I've never given out a 10 on this site, but if I can't do it now, what am I doing? The staff were friendly and organised on check-in, and the lobby felt colourful and friendly. The room contents were standard, but the decor felt cosy and the bed and pillows were better than I expect from somewhere like APA. The breakfast was very nice quality, I wish I'd had more time to enjoy it before going. And last but definitely not least, the price was great. Thank you!
