If I could give more than 10 stars, I absolutely would! This place is pure perfection. Every corner of the house radiates warmth, care, and an incredible attention to detail – it’s spotless, cozy, and beautifully maintained. But the true magic? The food! Please, if you have the chance – book the dinner! Suzuki is not only a brilliant chef, but also a truly exceptional host. His kindness, generosity, and hospitality go far beyond anything we’ve ever experienced. Every dish was a masterpiece, prepared with love and presented with joy. We felt so welcomed and cared for from the very first moment. The service, the atmosphere, the whole experience – just WOW! There was absolutely nothing missing. It was like coming home to a place we didn’t know we were missing. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We will never forget this stay!

The hosts were wonderful, taking their time to explain everything in detail. The sauna, available for a small additional fee, is absolutely worth it. The setting is beautiful, perfect for enjoying nature and family time. The facilities are excellent, offering everything you might need, including a water purifier. You can also watch Disney and Netflix on a big projector from a cozy sofa, which was perfect for our rainy evening. The highlight of my stay was getting a tattoo. Reina is an exceptional artist. We chatted, she showed her portfolio, and the next morning she created/placed my tattoo. She was incredibly flexible and accommodating. If you're looking for a local artist who specializes in fine line tattoos, Reina is the one to see!

Quiet location at the end of the row of shops but within walking distance to the train station and shopping area. Complimentary parking for hotel guests with ample parking across the the street with an outdoor and elevator parking system. Amazing breakfast spread with many choices to choose from and children’s cutlery provided. There is also a limited amount of curry rice at the lounge in the evenings. Indoor and outdoor Natural Onsen on the top floor with a coin laundry room and vending machines. The tv in the room has information on the congestion situation at the onsen. There is also a pillow room on certain floors with different types of pillows you can choose from. Rooms are spacious and guests are given a nice toiletry pouch that you can bring back. Two sets of lounge wear and 2 sets of towels are provided. One of the better types of hair dryer provided by a hotel. Overall the attention to detail and facilities provided makes it a great place to stay. Will definitely choose to stay here again if we’re in Shizuoka again.

Excellent and restful stay - the hotel is closed to the train station. The staff spoke English and were very welcoming ! Close (2min walk) to an onsen too. The hotel area also includes a food court and a coworking space. Would definitely come back to have a rest in Yaizu.

My wife left her Hoka shoes at the hotel. Although The Villa informed us about this very promptly, we were unable to pick up the shoes because we flew home the next day. However, for a very reasonable fee, they agreed to send the shoes to us in Germany. Dear Villa team, thank you very much for this. The service at the hotel was first-class, the food was delicious, and the beer from the tap in the rooms was unique and excellent. All in all, a very nice stay and absolutely recommendable.

Great location. Rooms are small but I would say thoughtfully designed. We enjoyed the breakfasts and the facilities. I would definitely stay again! Very recommended.

The hotel is very close to both the train station and the city center, which is very convenient. The room was spacious and equipped with everything necessary for a short stay. The environment was clean, with the option to wash and dry clothes. Breakfast was excellent, offering a selection of local products, fish, and fermented vegetables. The variety of high-quality loose-leaf teas was above standard and a pleasant surprise. The staff at breakfast and during check-in were very kind and professional. I recommend this hotel, also in terms of the price-to-service-quality ratio.

An 8-minute walk to JR Shizuoka Station, Sanco Inn offers modern rooms with free wi-fi in the entire building. Rooms are equipped with a desk, electric kettle and refrigerator.

Better than expected. The hotel is very conveniently located about a 10 minute walk from Shizouka station and plenty to see and do in the nearby area. There's a 7-11 on the ground floor. The staff are all very helpful and friendly. Especially to those of us who don't speak Japanese. The room was clean and comfortable but typically small. I enjoyed the free beer and snacks in the lounge during the evening. I had breakfast there as well. Very tasty Japanese style breakfast. I would stay here again and recommend it.
