Fantastic layout and view and was great having the pool to look out over the ocean. We had a car so was easy to get to and Seaside House cafe 100m away with great view again

Immaculately clean house with every need catered for. Great place to rest for a day after travelling for a few weeks. Host communicated well and was very considerate. The nearby Loki cave is well worth a look.

Azumi, the owner of Kochi-no-ya presented our 2 familes a great comfort where we could stay safe in the first trip to Kochi prefecture. Even during the Japanese high season, she was kind and considerate enough to help reserve the bus transport and nice local restaurant that serves oishii tataki and draft beer:) She didn't even hesitate to introduce nice local people and farmers and other valued informations. We already started dreaming to come back to this beautiful Aki city again to make a friendship with such a nice and sincere people who truly have their affection and pride in their home town and their lovely nature. There is a choice of two accommodations, either traditional approx 100 year old japanese house (tatami, futon) or modern but cozy cabin, all at sole disposal. Great for bigger groups (we were only 2). Naoko provides for a great game meat meal dinner (extra cost) and breakfast (included). She is an excellent cook and host.
