We were lucky to arrive on a day when Fuji was visible. The room was amazing and spacious, and the view from the balcony of Fuji and lake Kawaguchi was incredible! The onsen is a must! Super clean and quiet and relaxing hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful and assisted us with an urgent matter we had. Will definitely stay here again!

We only stayed one night, we would have loved to stay longer. The room was beautiful, bright, with a view of Mount Fuji. Everything was very clean and tidy, and the location was excellent, just 2 or 3 blocks from the station. Thank you as well for the keychain you gave us, such a lovely souvenir.

Wonderful spacious room. The western beds were very comfy and everything was clean and modern. There is a comfortable seating area in addition to the table and chairs. Very close to the station. We were kindly allowed an early check-in and to leave our bags on the day of check out. We were able to see Fuji from our tiny balcony -just over the neighbouring Family Mart. Highly recommended, we would return without hesitation!!

The room was giant, with a cute little outside patio and garden area. Our room had a view of Mt Fuji from the patio too which was a nice surprise. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We rented e-bikes from the front desk and bikes down to the lake and around and had so much fun (even though the bikes were a bit old and seats kept sliding down). Great location near the lake and close to fantastic restaurants - all with a view of Mt Fuji, which is the whole reason for coming. We came in a car - don’t know how accessible the property would be with public transport.

The best accommodation we stayed at during our trip to Japan! The house is beautiful, newly built, and great furnished. There are two toilets with bidets, a bath tub, two showers, and everything is fully automatic. The kitchen is perfectly equipped with everything you could possibly need. There’s a small courtyard where you can relax and rent a grill or fireplace. The house has three bedrooms, so it can easily accommodate a larger group, but it’s also perfect for a couple. The view of the forest is lovely, and the surroundings are calm and peaceful. Although it’s a bit outside the city center, the location is perfect if you rent a car — and it’s also easy to get there by taxi. Everything is clean, comfortable, and modern — a truly wonderful place without any negatives. We absolutely loved it and would definitely stay here again!
