Close to transfer to airport. Very easy to navigate even though we have not travelled to Japan before. Friendly staff, very clean and quite. Pillow library was fantastic we chose comfortable pillows and had a sound night's sleep. Restaurant right next door.

Stayed a night due to the shuttle service available to catch an early flight. Pleasantly surprised by the amenities available. Bed was soft by japanese standards. Large bathroom. Free ochazuke from 2200-2400 but I did not try. Familymart across the road as well as several restaurants nearby for dinner options

Stay in Chitose too.

Stay in Chitose too. It is really cute and offers plenty of shopping and restaurants. Everybody heads to Sapporo but Chitose has plenty to offer. There is also a huge Outlet Mall. Fantastic! But gets very busy during Japanese Holidays.

Chitose is just a small little place to spend a night or two for international connecting flights &/ domestic flights . It is a pleasant little place to get away from the hustle & bustle of the city!

Chitose was just a stopover for us to get from Niseko back...

Chitose was just a stopover for us to get from Niseko back to our country. The airport has more than enough entertainment to occupy us. It gave us a chance to do some last minute souvenir shopping and also buy bento boxes to eat on the plane.

The only reason we stayed in Chitose was to take the bus up...

The only reason we stayed in Chitose was to take the bus up to Lake Shikotsuko. We didn't do any hiking, so a half day was plenty for this part. There aren't many dining options in Chitose if you are on foot (we traveled by train), and very little in the way of other attractions in town. It seems to be mainly a convenient place to stay after you fly in from the nearby airport.

It is inconvenient to check in, the heating is not warm...

It is inconvenient to check in, the heating is not warm enough, it is difficult for us to fall asleep at night. There is no restaurant nearby, and the transportation is inconvenient. I will not make a reservation next time.

The location is fantastic, and the airport shuttle service is excellent! The staff at the reception are cute, friendly, and welcoming! How thoughtful the manager even walk us to the door! The driver of shuttle bus is very energetic. There’s an Aeon mall and a Lawson convenience store nearby. I really love how staying at Chitose makes me feel right at home.

The hotel's airport shuttle service are top notch !!! very punctual and helpful driver. need to pre-book / register a day before the shuttle service date. got plenty of schedule time to choose from starting at 6.25am, very helpful for those traveller that want to catch early morning flight. the main reason i stay on this hotel are the "free shuttle service"

Room was as expected, a bed and a shower which is all I needed anyways for a short 1 night stay before an early flight in the morning. They offer a free shuttle service to the New Chitose Airport which you need to sign up for at least a day before! There were free amenities available + tea and coffee sachets :)

It is very near to the chitose station, 2 stops away from the airport. Just opposite the hotel, it has an AOEN Mall which has everything you need. They serves authentic Japanese breakfast.
