Excellent value for money. Small room but with everything u need. We left our cases in the car overnight and just took in a backpack. Great location close to good resturants. Breakfast included was a bonus and really nice.

Good location in town. Staff (very nice) made parking hassle-free for us. Cheap and easy laundry service. Breakfast was limited on western options but good selection of Asian food. Overall, good value for money. While there isn’t that much to see in the town it has some good dining options and it’s a handy base for visiting the Shikotsu-Toya region.

It is spotlessly clean. We had a car but I liked the fact that is next to the JR station (but very quiet). The receptionist girls are well mannered. The coffee machine and the takeaway cup in the lobby is great for drivers.

Very spacious room, with a huge bed. The onsen was not on site, but in the nearby town, for which we got free entry. Even though it is quiet due to the location in a forest, the walls had sound-proofing, making it a very relaxing experience. Huge breakfast with a lot of local variety.
