Breakfast was very good, the room was comfortable and clean. The staff were patient, I don't speak Japanese but there was no problem, the staff spoke Japanese, and the guide on the TV was also available in English. There is parking available at a reasonable rate.

Was excellent!! Much better than I expected. Even Free Breakfast offered to everyone staying there was so delicious (to even foreigners) and amazing! (So many side dishes and drinks you can select) I didn’t miss a single chance while staying there. If you are considering about price a lot but hope to stay at a good one, I highly recommend this place!

The hotel was perfect for our stay. We had a long term stay - 11 days - so that we could visit family and see Tokyo. Although the hotel is quite a distance from the centre of Tokyo, it is only a short walk to Hikarigaoka train station and therefore provided easy access to all of Tokyo. The room was excellent. It was large with a table, sofa, desk and large bed. Great for an extended stay. There were many very good restaurants within walking distance. The bathrooms facilities were excellent with everything that we might need. The breakfast, supplied at extra cost, excellent offering Japanese and western food. The staff at the hotel were all superb. They were helpful and friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and plan to return to this hotel on our next visit to Japan.

What I liked: The bed was a little firm, giving it a luxurious feel, and I slept soundly. The shower head was new and had a great flow. The room was very clean. Check-out was at 7am, but it was easy as I just had to put my key in the locker. What I didn't like: When I opened the window in my room, several entrances to the apartment building were right in front of me. I couldn't open the curtains. There was a large public bath on the sixth floor (the top floor), but it was only for men. There was a strong fan running inside the bath, so it was very cold. The parking lot directions at check-in were confusing because the staff were foreign. It was difficult to find a parking space as the road was narrow.
