Huge room for 4 people with beautiful decor - different to the standard hotels we have been in … loved the pastel tones and the beds were really comfortable. Great location (in the heart of the city) and so many incredible amenities - loved the entrance lobby too. Really friendly staff too. Would definitely stay here again!

A really nice hotel close to the station (2 min), to the seaside and A Factory (3 min) and to Nebuta museum (1min - just cross the street). Room was a standard room for Toyoko chain, much bigger than standard 1 bed rooms in japanese hotels, also the bed is much bigger than other hotels. The comfort of bed depends on each person, Toyoko has beds more onthe harder side which absolutelly suits me. This hotel has a really young personal, who may lack of language skills, but they will try anything to help, are nice and professional. The room was really clean. And while my room has not an interesting view due the lower floor, it was really bright and welcoming.
