One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The room and common areas were very pleasant. I had a very relaxing time at this hotel. The location is ideal, in downtown Aomori. The staff is attentive and answered my questions kindly. If I have the opportunity to return to Aomori, I will definitely stay at this hotel again!

The hotel itself is beautiful, the nebuta in the lobby give it so much charm and a luxurious feeling. Breakfast was spectacular, plenty of options to choose from and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Front desk and cleaning staff were also very friendly and professional. Check out was hassle free and fast and the location is great, it's such a short distance from the station and close to the main attractions in Aomori city. Beautiful view from the room looking out at the city.

Probably the best room I was in Japan. Bathroom was big even by western standards. The hotel is fully new with direct access to a Lawson. Location is perfect, just 2mins walking to the JR Aomori station. Price was quite cheap.

I like the location of the hotel, and enjoyed the sea and moutain view out of the room window. The room decaration is quite new, display is reasonable, I used the table for laptop work, comfortale and cozy. At the coridor drinking machine is available, we can choose different flavor and water. I think I made right choice for the short stay at this quite and beautiful sea side city.

A quiet town as we stayed near Aomori station it was...

A quiet town as we stayed near Aomori station it was convenient to take train to Akita, Hirosaki.. The beach, A-Factory is nearby - walking distance it was great for evening walk to view sunset and the cold sea breeze blowing - it was beautiful walk.

A beautiful city with plenty to see and do.

A beautiful city with plenty to see and do. Really recommend the ‘Aja’ restaurant, diagonally opposite the hotel - great staff and menu, and quite quirky. Your apples are fantastic - make sure you get visitors to buy them! Thank you so much for making our stay so fantastic.

We bought the 5D JR East Tohoku Pass for Yen30,000 each and...

We bought the 5D JR East Tohoku Pass for Yen30,000 each and anchored ourselves at Aomori making daily Shinkansen trips to Akita and Geibikei and bus trip to Lake Towada. Managed to make a dinner / shopping stop at Omiya. We also found some time to shop n sightsee in Aomori City. The only minor downside is that you have to take a 6 mins Local Train ride to Shin-Aomori to catch the Shinkansen. When we first arrived at Shin-Aomori station, we thought we made a grave mistake not staying at Shin-Aomori but after we recce the place for dinner one night and found all shops in the station closed and none outside the station, we realized Aomori had a lot more to offer with many eateries around the Aomori station that stayed open till late. The additional 6min local train ride with regular departures is a small inconvenience.

Our stay was brief and we were unable to fully explore the sightseeing places it has to offer. However, we did come across an absolute gem that we cannot wait to share with you! If you have a sweet tooth, then get ready to add this recommendation to your itinerary: the A-Factory is a must-visit destination for foodies and apple lovers alike! Here, you can indulge in a variety of delicious apple-based treats, including mouth-watering apple pies and refreshing apple ice cream and many different types of apple products. While we were only able to spend a short time exploring this wonderful location, we are confident that our recommendation will not disappoint.

Tranquil little town and yet has some great museums and excellent food places. People are also vey welcoming and warm. The tourist office offers indications in English, is helpful, and train/shinkasen station are top. And so many things to do in the area.

this is a very new hotel just a few months launched and locate on 4th floor of JR aomori station. Lots of shopping "Lovina" and restaurant just on the 1st floor and everything of this hotel is great. Breakfast is excellent and mostly are western food not japanese. I stay in 25 sqm which is a decent size for staying and my rooms has a full bridge view.

The location is excellent, few minutes walking from Aomori Station, close to local attractions and manu restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The staff was really friendly at check in, the room was spacious for japanese standards, the bathrub was a huge plus they provide bathing salts for a nice hot bath after a long walk day.

Deep in the mountains in winter with lots of snow and a beautiful rotenburo- outside bath - the location was perfect. Fantastic meals with a delicious Kaiseji meal for dinner and a traditional Japanese buffet for breakfast. The staff were very helpful especially the gentleman who assisted us at check in.

Biggest plus for this hotel is it's location. It's only a short walk from 5-10 minutes to the station, to the beach or coast and the more lively streets at night. The bed was really comfortable and next to japanese pillows there was also a western pillow given.

Traditional Japanese breakfast was good value for money. Restaurant service staff were very courteous.
