The hotel is nere to Petra Visitor centre, easy to find, with private free parking. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. At arrival we got useful information about exploring Petra valley which made our trip perfect. The room was perfectly clean, good wifi, safe, fruit and snacks on arrival, very good breakfast. We can highly recommend this hotel.

The property was very clean and felt new, with a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere from the moment we arrived. The staff was absolutely amazing – super friendly and kind. They even brought us special Ramadan cookies, which was such a thoughtful gesture. One of the highlights of our stay was spending the entire night with them, smoking hookah and talking about all kinds of topics. It really felt like chatting with old friends. If you're polite and friendly, they’ll go above and beyond to make your stay special.

checkin was quick and efficient. Someone took great care in placing the towels in very cute animal shapes on the bed, with real craftmanship skills, and even added little paper eyes to top it up. Made for a big smile and welcoming feeling. Minibar drinks were complimentary, which in the local weather was very appreciated. I actually had to ask three times on checkout to ensure I was not leaving without paying, but the gentlemen were most friendly and patient and repeated over and over again that it was complimentary. Breakfast, was a very good selection and quality. It is served at the hotel across the road (I guess same chain), but was no inconvenience at all for me.

The locals are fantastically helpful. The Petra complex is really well organised and there is a huge amount to see. Do take the free horse ride at the entrance which takes you to the entrance of the main gorge. If you can locate Ayham and Nasir, they can take you on longer horseback excursions though this mythical landscape. I had not been on a horse for forty years and they took excellent care of me on an unforgettable two-hour trip around the uplands away from the tourists. They were unbelievably considerate of a nervous rider and I got to see things you can't reach on foot. There is also a wonderful museum included in the price of your ticket which was empty wehn I visited

Our day in Wadi Musa was truly unforgettable — exploring...

Our day in Wadi Musa was truly unforgettable — exploring Petra from sunrise to sunset felt like stepping into another world. The walk through the Siq, that first breathtaking glimpse of the Treasury, the climb up countless steps to viewpoints… every bit of it was worth the aching legs. By evening, the city glowed with desert colors and we wrapped up the night with sore feet, full hearts, and endless photos.

Absolutely beautiful place, but lots of scammers!

Absolutely beautiful place, but lots of scammers! Locals were very pushy. At first they are overly friendly, but this quickly turns to rude and aggressive if you don't tip, they will lie about directions and then insist they be your guide. Even if you say no they ask for Tip. You just need to be aware of your surroundings and try not to let the scammers bother you.

I loved Wadi Musa for its welcoming people, stunning desert landscape, and its closeness to Petra. If anything “could be better,” it would simply be having even more time to explore and enjoy everything the town and Petra has to offer. Ask about the transfer that drops you off at the top near the Monastery - this saves you walking up and then back down the same route.

Petra was the main highlight.

Petra was the main highlight. I would recommend spending at least 2 days here since 1 day isn't enough to capture the full experience. We ate at an excellent restaurant called "My mother's recipe" which had the most excellent food we ate in all of Jordan. Wadi Musa is very hilly, so be prepared for a lot of uphill walking unless you get a taxi or a rental car.

Everything was perfect, I recommend everyone to stay at least 2 days , city is lively, full of restaurants and shops like a beach cities in Europe so it’s good to have a time to spend in the city and enjoy your journey ! Don’t forget to go to the cave restaurant which is just before the entrance of Petra visit center , an amazing cave

Absolutely WOW! great hospitality, staff of the hotel is really amazing - helpful, nice and friendly:-) room was spacious and what was big surprise for us - price includes free snacks and beverages in the room. For goodbye we received magnets - one for each of us. Excellent choice in Wadi Musa - close to Petra and city center. And everythig for really reasonable price. One of the best places we had ever stopped in:-)

This was a basic hotel for a short stay in Wadi Musa to go to Petra. We were greeted with a cup of tea by their staff. There was an issue with our room and they immediately fixed it and gave us an upgrade. They also have lunch boxes and a shuttle service available to Little Petra and the Visitors Centre. If you just want a place to shower and lay your head down, this hotel is definitely an option.

Very nice accommodation in Wadi Musa. Just 4 mins drive to Petra visitor center and the main amenities. Rooms and the whole structure are nicely decorated and comfortable. We had dinner at the hotel during our 1 night stay and the food was delicious. Breakfast was tasty, abundant with a lot of choices. Staff was nice and friendly

Charming hotel near Petra (12 minutes drive). The owners and staff were really accomodating and gave us tips on visiting Petra. They also arranged dinner for us. Bonus: the location of the hotel has a very local vibe (compared to the hotels closer to Petra). Would definitely recommend this place!
