Staying at Ahmed’s place in Wadi Musa was truly a wonderful experience! Ahmed is an amazing host — friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything you need. Even though I arrived late in the evening, he greeted me warmly and made me feel right at home. The accommodation is clean, comfortable, and perfectly located for visiting Petra. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an authentic and pleasant stay in Jordan. If I return to Wadi Musa, I will definitely stay with Ahmed again!

The location of Petra Mountain House is very nice, because it is very near to Petra Old City and other sceneries for take a car. The breakfast and the dinner of Petra Mountain House are all good. The boss and manager are very kindly and friendly , helpful to guests. The room is very big and widely, it is very comfortable for living in the room. Petra Mountain House is very good hotel. I like this hotel very much.

To begin with, we were so happy having decided to stay 3 days in this particular hotel in Petra. In 35 years of travelling we have met very few attentive owners (Ahmad and Mohammad here) of the hotel who got out of their way to make our stay comfortable and memorable. The hotel owners even felt responsible for their guests' problems unrelated to the hotel. We had a rental with a dead key fob battery and the first thing we did when we entered the hotel was to ask where we could buy a new battery. The owner Ahmad asked us not to bother and have a rest. He bought the battery himself and refused to take the money. Each time we met one of the owners or a staff member Mahmoud we were asked if we needed something, if everything was fine. The hotel has an underground parking with the lift to upper floors. Our room on the 2nd floor was very spacious, spotless, with a fridge and a kettle and complimentary water. The breakfast was varied, very tasty buns (especially the ones with cinnamon). We found the location excellent for our needs. A five minute drive to Petra visitor centre, a 5-10 minute walk to restaurants , a 3 minute walk to the bakery (try kullaj -flaky pastry). Should we decide to visit Petra again, we will undoubtedly stay in the same hotel.

Great stay! The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The location is excellent — close to Petra and within walking distance of the city center. Breakfast was decent and offered everything needed for a good start to the day. Overall, a place worth recommending!

Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Dinner option is OUTSTANDING - we had two dinners while we were there... both delicious Jordanian food. Breakfast was great as well with many options. Plus - it's only a 3 min drive to the entrance of Petra.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at hotel Petra Moon that exceeded all my expectations: from the breathtaking location to the top-notch facilities, everything was simply perfect! However, what truly made my stay unforgettable was the extraordinary service provided by the hotel staff, particularly Raja and Osama at the front desk, Hosaifa, and the entire team. From the moment I arrived at the hotel, I was greeted with great kindness and professionalism. Raja at the front desk not only efficiently handled the check-in process but also took the time to explain all the amenities and services available at the hotel. The attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable were truly commendable. They were always willing to answer my questions and provide helpful recommendations on places to visit in the city. Their passion for their work and genuine interest in guest satisfaction made a significant difference in my experience. Hosaifa, on the other hand, was always attentive. His friendly attitude and professionalism were exceptional. He was constantly attentive to my needs and asking if I needed anything. However, I cannot fail to mention the rest of the hotel staff, who also played a crucial role in making my stay an unforgettable experience. From the friendly bellboys who were always ready to assist with luggage to the housekeeping staff who kept my room impeccably clean, every team member displayed an exceptional level of professionalism and courtesy. In addition to the outstanding service, the hotel facilities were simply stunning. The rooms were elegant, spacious, and equipped with all the modern amenities one could desire. The jacuzzi and pool were also top-notch, and I was able to relax and enjoy quality time during my stay. In summary, my experience at this hotel was absolutely exceptional. The impeccable service from Raja at the front desk, the kind attention from Hosaifa, and the dedication of
