The hotel was in a fantastic location, a 2 minute walk from the centre of Jerash and a 10 minute walk from the entrance to the ruins. Abou was exceedingly helpful and welcoming. The rooms were very spacious and clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in Jerash.

Very nice guest house. Owner was extremely friendly and helpful (helped me with a medical issue by accompanying me to the hospital which I was very grateful for). Breakfast was good and we had dinner there also which was very tasty. Would highly recommend.

The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. The front desk team, especially Toleen, the restaurant team, and the housekeeping team were excellent. The room was spacious and well equipped. The location of the hotel is exceptional. It is located on a street with many shops, cafes and restaurants. The breakfast at the hotel restaurant was tasty and delicious.
