the hotel was very nice and the rooms were clean and big. we got an upgrade at arrival as our room category was booked out. the personal at the hotel starting from the shift manager to the wonderful people at the reception were extraordinary. they made our stay in Amman really unforgettable. thank you guys so much for taking such a good care of us. we look forward to staying with you at our next visit to Amman.
