We spent two wonderful days at this hotel. The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the city and within walking distance of all the main attractions such as the Roman Amphitheatre and the Citadel, as well as great restaurants and shops. The staff are incredibly friendly, and we were especially impressed with the receptionist, Khalid. He was like our personal guide during our stay, recommending excellent local restaurants, helping us set up our SIM card, finding places we were looking for, and even giving us tips on how to save money. His English is better than many native speakers, which made everything very easy. The hotel and rooms are clean, the breakfast is generous and offers everything you need, and it’s served on the top floor with a stunning view over the old city of Amman. There is also a parking garage next to the hotel and even a very affordable hairdresser nearby. We truly felt wonderful here. Considering the price, the value is amazing. We warmly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The receptionist knew it is my birthday and did a complimentary upgrade to 1 bedroom spacious well designed apartment. It was such an amazing gesture, you made my day. The Front office and buffet staff were so helpful and kind.

Best hotel in Amman We had an amazing experience staying at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I felt well taken care of throughout my stay. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed was cozy, and I appreciated the attention to detail in the room decor. Everything I needed was available. The hotel amenities were top-notch. I especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet.
