Our stay at Hartna Zaman was wonderful. The house is beautifully maintained and full of character, with a lovely garden to relax in. The hosts were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with anything we needed. The food was excellent — fresh, homemade, and full of flavor. The location is peaceful with great views, only a short 15-minute drive from Petra, which makes it perfect if you want to stay close but away from the crowds. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a warm and authentic experience!

Was a very pleasant luxurious wonderful stay at a incredibly cheap price Real 7 stars accommodation for cheaper price of regular motel Location is near the visitors center very quiet and nice site i give the site 20 out of ten you will find a park for the car instantly not crowded area fresh and clean air The owner was helpful generous and very sweet man I recommend everybody to try it out

To begin with, we were so happy having decided to stay 3 days in this particular hotel in Petra. In 35 years of travelling we have met very few attentive owners (Ahmad and Mohammad here) of the hotel who got out of their way to make our stay comfortable and memorable. The hotel owners even felt responsible for their guests' problems unrelated to the hotel. We had a rental with a dead key fob battery and the first thing we did when we entered the hotel was to ask where we could buy a new battery. The owner Ahmad asked us not to bother and have a rest. He bought the battery himself and refused to take the money. Each time we met one of the owners or a staff member Mahmoud we were asked if we needed something, if everything was fine. The hotel has an underground parking with the lift to upper floors. Our room on the 2nd floor was very spacious, spotless, with a fridge and a kettle and complimentary water. The breakfast was varied, very tasty buns (especially the ones with cinnamon). We found the location excellent for our needs. A five minute drive to Petra visitor centre, a 5-10 minute walk to restaurants , a 3 minute walk to the bakery (try kullaj -flaky pastry). Should we decide to visit Petra again, we will undoubtedly stay in the same hotel.

The staff went absolutely above and beyond, they genuinely took care of everything for us, creating a seamless and stress-free experience. The rooms were immaculate, beautifully designed, and exceptionally comfortable. Overall i absolutely recommend this hotel in Petra!

Great stay! The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The location is excellent — close to Petra and within walking distance of the city center. Breakfast was decent and offered everything needed for a good start to the day. Overall, a place worth recommending!

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The room was so pretty decorated and with a great view. the food was delicious (you should definitely have dinner at the lodge!). Close to Petra, so that was convenient, but the absolute plus of the lodge were the owners and staff and the hospitality they showed us.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at hotel Petra Moon that exceeded all my expectations: from the breathtaking location to the top-notch facilities, everything was simply perfect! However, what truly made my stay unforgettable was the extraordinary service provided by the hotel staff, particularly Raja and Osama at the front desk, Hosaifa, and the entire team. From the moment I arrived at the hotel, I was greeted with great kindness and professionalism. Raja at the front desk not only efficiently handled the check-in process but also took the time to explain all the amenities and services available at the hotel. The attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable were truly commendable. They were always willing to answer my questions and provide helpful recommendations on places to visit in the city. Their passion for their work and genuine interest in guest satisfaction made a significant difference in my experience. Hosaifa, on the other hand, was always attentive. His friendly attitude and professionalism were exceptional. He was constantly attentive to my needs and asking if I needed anything. However, I cannot fail to mention the rest of the hotel staff, who also played a crucial role in making my stay an unforgettable experience. From the friendly bellboys who were always ready to assist with luggage to the housekeeping staff who kept my room impeccably clean, every team member displayed an exceptional level of professionalism and courtesy. In addition to the outstanding service, the hotel facilities were simply stunning. The rooms were elegant, spacious, and equipped with all the modern amenities one could desire. The jacuzzi and pool were also top-notch, and I was able to relax and enjoy quality time during my stay. In summary, my experience at this hotel was absolutely exceptional.
