A new hotel located close to Irbid city centre. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast, which was included in the room rate, was excellent with a variety of food options to choose from. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Farah at reception was very helpful and always happy to assist with any questions as was Haroon in the restaurant.

Location is very central, over looking the ruins. Abu Tunis is very helpful and he kindly upgraded our suite. The suites are spacious and clean. Very easy parking. Very near the shops and Abu Tunis recommends great places to eat etc. The Russian blue cat owned by Abu Tunis is so adorable. Breakfast is amazing. We loved our stay here and would highly recommend to everyone visiting Jerash.

The hotel was exceptional. Everything was perfect - the host, the food (homemade breakfast was great!), the room, the bed, bathroom facilities and location, it honestly could not have been better. Our experience at this hotel was exceptional thanks to the kindness and generosity of Abdul Tunis who went above and beyond in his service and helpfulness. We were upgraded at no extra charge, the rooms were spotlessly clean, beds so comfortable, location and view outstanding. When we were too tired to go out and get dinner Abdul ordered us in local food ensuring we paid local prices. He did our laundry for us and always had a smile with no catch. We can not rate this hotel highly enough predominantly because of the outstanding kindness and humbleness of Abdul Tunis - thankyou my friend for making an otherwise ordinary stay extraordinay
