Really great hotel in terms of facilities and location whether you want to relax for a few days or you are in the area on business. The outdoor pool is definitely a big advantage of the hotel in the summer months. Very friendly staff, excellent breakfast, the hotel is neat and clean. We even received a card with a little surprise in the room for our birthday. Many thanks!

The owner of the apartment is very helpful. He told us about the nearby shops and restaurants. There is a spacious parking lot. There are several warehouse buildings near the apartments, but there was no noise or discomfort, it was always quiet and peaceful. There is a good store and several nice cafes within a 5 minute walk. We traveled with a dog, which has enough space to play and walk. The apartments are cozy, tidy and very spacious. The bathroom is large and clean, with a very spacious shower, where you can have fun bathing for two :) I liked that there is a wardrobe room, where it is convenient to store travel items. 15 minutes by car to the Bologna city center. A great time spent. Thanks Gian Marco.

The village near the hotel has nice little bars and restaurants, as well as a huge shopping center that's very convenient when it's hot outside. The motorway is easily accessible for visiting Bologna and the surrounding area.

A stunning location, very close to Bologna and offering all amenities, including a well-stocked hypermarket with a myriad of shops and restaurants, open 7 days a week. The area is undergoing rapid real estate development and is surrounded by greenery. A true haven of peace.

Good value for money. The facilities are excellent. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. The rooms are quiet. Close to a shopping center with excellent shops and restaurants. It's also close to the ring road, so you can quickly reach the city center.

Beautiful, modern, and well-maintained property. The room was spotless and equipped with every comfort, even a bathtub. The entrance is a bit narrow to drive to, and there's no quiet parking space to unload and load luggage.

The room was aesthetically pleasing, well-designed, and equipped with excellent insulation, efficient air conditioning, and a well-stocked minibar. The bathroom featured a spacious walk-in shower, adding to the overall comfort. The hotel offers two electric vehicle charging stations, which is a commendable service for environmentally conscious travelers. Additionally, the range and quality of breakfast items were notably good, with a variety of fresh and tasty options available. For a stopover, the hotel serves its purpose very well.

Whilst travelling through Italy doing lots of sight seeing we came across this hotel which was just the break from the heat and walking around that we needed! The hotel was lovely, clean and quiet even at breakfast and mid day around the pool! Around the pool they also had a refreshment area with food and drink which was nice too! The room was spacious and clean and everything that we needed for our stay.

Nice hotel, good room facilities and clean. We did not get breakfast but the room had espresso, tea and nescafé and watter which was nice to have. Nice indoor swimming pool, small but very quite and relaxing.
