Big spacious room, confortable beds and quite hotel. We had a pleasant and comfortable stay. Plenty of parking spaces outside and also underground parking available for 5€. The hotel is located outside from the city and reachable best by car. A big shopping mall is close, 5 minutes walk.

The house where the apartments are located is out of the town, not sure, maybe 10-15km, it is really quiet around, at least for Saturday evening. Everything inside looks like new, and it was spotless. The host was very helpful, but by mistake, I guess, one of the beds was not ready for the third person. After contacting the host, he sent someone, and everything was prepared quickly

Everything is exceptional. Beautiful interior, awesome location, fantastic food. The hotel team is very caring and going out of their ways to accommodate the guests - starting from the reception desk, to the restaurant and cleaning. The parking host went an extra mile today to help us when we were struggling to enter the location of the next destination of our journey after Bologna - we were so surprised and happy to find him double-checking on us at the point we were already frustrated in the car and figure it out! I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, making for a nice start to my visit. The breakfast was very good, with a variety of options that were well-prepared and fresh. I also enjoyed having access to the warm-water pool and fitness equipments, which added to the overall experience. The room had proper blackout curtains, which ensured a good night's sleep, and the mattress was quite comfortable. Additionally, the housekeeping was thorough, and the room was kept clean throughout my stay.

Alice at reception was fantastic, very polite , and helpful, all the staff was fantastic. The rooms are very modern and clean . Breakfast was perfect. The best was the coffee . The pool was very clean and the biggest i have seen in any hotel , except hotel's in dubai . I highly recommend this hotel and the price was very affordable.

The hotel is located close to an industrial zone. For me it was perfect because I was at work every day. The staff is really nice. There is a swimming pool but unfortunately it was closed (end of May). Breakfast really nice. There is a shopping area near the hotel.

Everything was ok, there were parking places around the hotel, not in the garage. Which was easy and convenient. The location of the hotel is very convenient if you are with car, the roads to the Bologna center and even to the Unipol arena are fast and cinvenient.
