The owner of the apartment is very helpful. He told us about the nearby shops and restaurants. There is a spacious parking lot. There are several warehouse buildings near the apartments, but there was no noise or discomfort, it was always quiet and peaceful. There is a good store and several nice cafes within a 5 minute walk. We traveled with a dog, which has enough space to play and walk. The apartments are cozy, tidy and very spacious. The bathroom is large and clean, with a very spacious shower, where you can have fun bathing for two :) I liked that there is a wardrobe room, where it is convenient to store travel items. 15 minutes by car to the Bologna city center. A great time spent. Thanks Gian Marco.

Really good place to stay during visit to Bologna. Beautiful place with great view and jacuzzi on the top of the roof. Very nice and kind staff, we got everything we needed during our visit here. The hotel itself is comfortable, clean and well located. We have really nice and delicious breakfast here, also very nice staff during breakfast time. Amazing coffee and pastries.

Absolutely stunning property and a very unique stay. The apartment is beautifully decorated and very stylish. Carefully chosen interiors and very sleek finish in the communal areas and bedroom. Our room was huge with a full seating area, dressing room area and beautiful bathroom with a bath and shower. The high ceilings and sense of space was so luxurious. We barely wanted to leave it. Sharing the apartment with other guests works perfectly and Davide was very attentive, making sure everything was going well throughout the stay. The rooms are really spaced out from each other and we barely even saw the other guests so it almost felt like we had the place to ourselves. The kitchen was perfect to making a quick breakfast and coffee but you could do much more if you wanted to. The location is also perfect. I could not recommend Frame enough and already think we will come back with friends.

Great hotel near the autostrada in peaceful neighbourhood. Very good breakfast, safe parking in front of the hotel. Staff is amazing and very kind! Big thanks to Rita, she make us the room always to be very neat. All staff are really really kind and big thanks to whole hotel team. This hotel is great choice if you dont like downtown chaos, and if you travel around the north of Italy, everything is on 1-2 hours and you dont lose time in traffic jams. Welcome drink in the lobby bar is great way to show respect to the guest!

The swimming pool is great, the quality of the breakfast is nice. The hotel staff is working very fast and well, and they are very friendly. Lamine the waiter at the breakfast and Victoria the cleaner lady from the 4th floor they are both wonderful, lovely people and very good workers. Thank you for that.

Big spacious room, confortable beds and quite hotel. We had a pleasant and comfortable stay. Plenty of parking spaces outside and also underground parking available for 5€. The hotel is located outside from the city and reachable best by car. A big shopping mall is close, 5 minutes walk.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. I called for the hotel shuttle around 3am and he arrived in 5 minutes. The hotelnis only 3km from the airport. Very thankful for the shuttle service. Our room was very clean, the air conditioner was perfect. The breakfast was also very nice.
