I stayed in the hotel with my family for one night (23.07.-24.07.2024), We could have stayed longer, but we had a crazy traveling schedule and our time was limited. For me and my wife, it was the second time to stay here. Nothing had changed, in all possible good sense, when we were here 6 years ago. Same sweet owner and dog Boldo(hope the name is spelled right 😊). The place has magnificent, breathtaking views across the valley. Breakfast is classic Italian, as it should be and the best part is that almost everything is homemade. The coffee tasted good and the views from the breakfast terrace were fantastic. There are several places to eat dinner, within a short drive. A good bonus is the pool, where you can cool off from the hot summer weather and again the view😇. Thank you Theresa for Your hospitality☀️ p.s. From the chilies, which You let me pick from your garden, I made one of the tastiest Spaghetti aglio e olio, when back at home in Estonia. 🍝 Grazie mille! Thank you!🙏 I definitely recommend this place!!!

Great location, extremely chilled and quiet but only 20 minutes from the motorway, we expected just a room but got a two floor apartment. They accept pets here so immediately get 5 start for that. Great plentiful breakfast included. Excellent spa facilities that you get all to yourselves, be sure to book in advance to avoid disappointment!! Staff were lovely and the dinner was delicious. I was particularly impressed with how traceable the food served is, the beef has a certificate that you can see with the age and breed of the cattle with it's serial number, even a photo. Will definitely be back.

We loved everything about our two-night stay: the room felt fresh, clean, and comfortable after a day in the sun; the food at breakfast and dinner was delicious and plentiful; and our hosts were always available to help with any queries and very friendly. Thank you so much for an excellent trip.

A lovely stay in an attractive room. I appreciated the central heating in the evening and the following morning. Delicious buffet breakfast It is in the country so you need a GPS or clear instructions to find it.

The location was convenient, close to multiple landmarks, easy to reach by car and in beautiful environment. The stay was very nice and pleasant and our host was really friendly and welcoming. We were able to explore multiple places within the area and if we felt like not exploring, there were activities to do within the accommodation, our favourite was swimming pool!

The house is located on the edge of the charming town of Vetulonia. Entrance to the town on a beautiful winding road. The house has two balconies and an additional terrace a few steps down. Peace, quiet and a wonderful view! The perfect place to relax away from the tourist hustle and bustle. The house is equipped with all the things you need. The owner wonderful and very kind, she is there to help with anything. We spent a wonderful time here. We highly recommend. Monika i Robert

The apartment and the village of Vetulonia are charming. We spent a nice week visiting nearby places. The beach between Castiglione della Pescaia and Marina di Grosseto is nice and safe for children. The apartment is located at the end of the village in a quiet surrounding with excellent views.

The view was absolutely stunning, the room was very comfortable and clean, we had dinner at the hotel restaurant downstairs and I can strongly recommend delicious pasta with cinta senese. The staff were helpful and, as we arrived quite late, the self-check in option was perfect.
