Loving this H10 hotel branch since my first stay with them in Rome and never disappoint me! You are always welcomed and greeted by their warm hospitality, all staffs are extremely friendly and helpful. The design of the room is modern and the bed and pillows are extremely comfortable, offering you different kinds of pillows. The location is excellent, you can easily reach the hotel from train station or VCE airport by taking the water bus. There are plenty of nice restaurants nearby. The rooftop is a big shoutout and i visited there almost everyday during my stay.

Venice is a unique experience.

Venice is a unique experience. Everyone should visit, but perhaps not in the heat and crowds of summer. The sights are splendid, but just wandering around the streets and riding the vaporettos is fun.

Very expensive place to visit (food, coffee, clothes or shoes buying, hotel charges for stay etc..), cheap to travel by bus. three days are enough to explore full yime, be careful with restaurants that charge spaghetti sea food by 100grams.. I had a bad experience paying my dinner 58euro charged by gram but they didn't mention at all not even in catalogue, maybe it is the first thing to ask. Don't buy an ombrella from supermarkets, they will charge you 15eur per piece, and if you have a coffee and sit in a table for they might charge you an amount 2-3eur just to sit.

Venice is a unique place, it still offers a lot today, and one can only imagine the richness and splendour of the culture in this city when it was in its prime time. The state of many buildings though left me with a sense of loss of value, of ageing and a feeling of sadness.

Everybody knows what Venice is all about.

Everybody knows what Venice is all about. It is everything you've heard about it. It's magical and beautiful. The only thing you need to know is DO NOT go in the summer unless you enjoy miserable heat and maddening crowds. I went in the fall. There is one restaurant I have to recommend. Go to Trattoria Bar Pontini. Their Spaghetti alla Scoglio is the best thing I've ever eaten. I thought I was in heaven!

Clean, comfortable, very friendly staff around 24/7, and our favourite stay of our whole trip around Italy. This hotel is in a quiet part of Venice, but not far away from the Grand Canal and other touristy spots in Venice. Our room overlooked the canal and the staff really looked after us! The bed was super comfy and the shower was wonderful - it was perfect for our few days stay in Venice. I also liked the fact the hotel staff would hold onto your room keys while you were out, which removed the stress of possibly losing them.

This was our best hotel stay in Italy. It is a beautiful traditional hotel in the heart of Venice. The room was tasteful, clean and extremely comfy with a lovely bathroom with great shower. The breakfast was excellent and the staff friendly and courteous (thank you Grace). It is located within walking distance to all the sights and just 50m from the Vaporetto (bus Route 1 and couple of stops from the trainstation). It was very quiet at night and we slept like logs. Highly recommended.

Amazing view and couldn't be more central, with the entrance to San Marco square. This hotel definitely has the best windows. You will be jealous for yourself while staying there. The room was big which was very nice, it was at least two times bigger than im other hotels we stayed in Italy. The staff was friendly, the receptionist accompanied us to the hotel and helped with the luggage. Very thankful for that, as the check in has to be done in another hotel. We had a great stay!

Very pretty hotel with flamboyant décor. Spacious room and bathroom for Europe. 8 minute walk from the train station. Approximately 25 minute walk to most sights. Lots of supermarkets, restaurants near by. View from the roof top was lovely. Staff, were friendly and helpful. Key pad entry, felt very safe staying here. It was one of my favourite hotels during my holiday in Italy.
