From mid 2018 to late 2019 I stayed at Centrale almost every week and only stopped because my employer decided to rent a villa close by. Back then the in summer the rooms were sweltering and I struggled to get a good nights sleep. Fast forward to today and the rooms have air conditioning and I had a very comfortable stay. Also in 2019 the hotel had a restaurant but the food was very basic. That has now been changed to an all day coffee shop/eatery and it seems like it's become a hub for locals as it was very busy especially in the mornings. The breakfast is fresh and the coffee is very good! The staff/owners are very friendly and helpful. The new owners have improved Centrale for sure and I will be staying there anytime I visit Resana.

One of the greatest things about this hotel are the staff. They are all very kind and helpful, always making an extra step to provide information and help. Especially Mr. Renato from the Reception Desk (and his young trainee), and a tall gentleman with glasses who works in the bar (he was working during breakfast time when we were staying there). The hotel is very nice. The setting is old fashioned, but not in a bad way - it is very charming and has a posh vibe. The setting is amazing, with a big pool and a very nice garden surrounding the place. There are shops 3 minutes on foot from the hotel. The breakfast is abundant and food very nice. We would definitely like to come back!

We just love it there. It is relaxing and beautiful.

We just love it there. It is relaxing and beautiful. It is easy to get to Venice, and day trips offer much culture, art and history. It is very child-friendly, and the beautiful building and grounds are wonderful. 2 Years ago we felt like royalty staying there, now, under new ownership its not quite that anymore, but still a beautiful hotel at a fair price. All in all, a stunning place to stay, we will go back.

The air conditioner in the room did not work, the employees...

The air conditioner in the room did not work, the employees tried to convince that it would work soon, but it did not work at all, it would only blow air. They had to bring an external air conditioner and put it near the window with a pipe into the window.
