Quality- Design - Service all 10 out of 10. Massimiliano and Nadja are very kind and professional hosts. We have been welcomed with coffee and cake got tips visiting Udine and excellent dinner reservations close to the property. The place is super clean and renovated to the highest standards with an eye for design. Last but not least the breakfast service is outstanding- local products fruits, cheese, ham, salami, jam, juice, coffee and eggs not to dismiss the home made cake. So if you in the area don’t miss out!

What a wonderful apartment in a quaint little village near Udine. The apartment was well equipped with everything that you need, very modern and decorated nicely. The host was so helpful, friendly and available to help if required. Off street parking and a lovely outside sitting area to enjoy an afternoon wine in the sun. Highly recommend this wonderful accommodation

Quaint apt in a sleepy village that had a well-stocked...

Quaint apt in a sleepy village that had a well-stocked market walking distance from apartment. Owner on site and was very accommodating. Had washer in apt, kitchen well stocked with plates/silverware, glasses and whatever else you need to make it more enjoyable. Talked with others who stayed elsewhere and didn't have half of what we did. Getting around is easy if you have a car. There were no restaurants in walking distance but we were there to visit relatives, so it didn't matter to us. We did have breakfast before setting out for the day. If we were there to explore the area we would have found a place while out for the day.
