Me and my daughter enjoyed our short stay. Stefano was very welcoming and the accommodation was lovely, fun, bright, modern ,clean and comfortable. The shower was A-mazing!!! and massaged as you shower!! The breakfast was a very sweet breakfast, mini chocolate crossants and pastries which my daughter liked. There was cereal options of cornflakes also and yoghurt and fresh mini juices, which I thought were really cute. I liked how it was presented and the breakfast tasted nice. Stefano and his dad went that extra mile driving me and my daughter to the station(valmontone) as I didnt have a car as the walk was too far for us and even picked us on our return from our days in Rome. We greatly appreciated this as we didn't realise the distance.

Very nice and quiet location (if you like countryside). Francesco is a fantastic host, always ready to help with whatever you need. Room/bathroom is perfectly clean and beds are very comfortable. Nice and spacious bathrooms.

We only had a short stay and didnt explore the city at all.Just went from our accommodation to the station. We stayed at Valmontone travel rooms was a lovely place. The city looked pleasant and quiet. The train station was very accessible and easy to understand when going to Rome.

Everything. The communication and instructions were very clear. Easy to find. Easy to park. Kitchen was fully equipped. Plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. Less than an hour to travel to Rome. 2 hours to Pompeii. We traveled with our own car. Whatever you want to like about a place for a short holiday, you will like.

Perfect location near Magicland and outlet, also good connection to highway for Rome or Naples. Fresh and new, good odor, comfortable bed, air conditioner in the bedroom, tea and coffee, juices, pastries and water, quiet place with balcony. Warmly recommended!

It's good for what it is, a basic hotel near the motorway. It was clean, convenient and did the job. I appreciated being able to arrive very late and just use a code to pick up the key.
