Great attentive service esp during quiet winter season. Food at restaurant was better than expected. Breakfast included but the same every day. In 2 bedroom, would have been better if there were reading lights in main room. A little drive into resort but adds to the charm.

The hotel is a historical castle with an amazing view on the valley below. The castle and the garden are beautiful. There is also a small idyllic village nearby with a cafe, bakery and a grocery store. Our room was situated at the top of a tower and was surprisingly large with nice amenities. We felt like nobility there. The hotel has a large free parking space.

It is an amazing place. Our youngest Daughter Said, Dad it is a little bit like paradise. The biggest applause to the staff. The are doing everything with a smile. Very professional and very passionated. The Break fast was fabulous. The Manager taklng Care of everything with a smile. She is always try to do the very Best. Very very proffecionel. Very spacious and clean. Staff very friendly, food amazing. We had dinner at the restaurant of the agriturismo both nights and everything was very fresh and made with love. One of our kids needs to eat gluten free and they went out of their way to accommodate her. Lovely comfortable pool area and lots of seating space around the property to sit in the shade and relax. Florence less than an hour away. Highly recommend!

Valentina and her team could not have been more welcoming! This was by far one of the best holidays we have ever had as a family. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast and dinner were incredibly well served, with products grown in the property and prepared with much love by Valentina. We felt right at home, extremely well taken care of. Would 100% go back if given the chance.
