This was the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The staff were so accommodating and helpful. The room was incredibly spacious and clean and the bed was so comfortable. We loved the facilities available at the accommodation - four lovely saunas/steam rooms, three pools, a great gym and plenty of areas to sit and relax around the property. The breakfast was incredible and we loved eating at the restaurant each night of our stay. Couldn’t recommend this hotel more!

Cosy and beautiful hotel. Our room was convenient and quite spacious. Parking, nice pool. Coffee/tea making facilities in the room. Location beautiful, 10 mins walk to the town centre. We are visiting Lake Garda for the second time and once again chose this hotel, because here we always feel cozy and comfortable – just like at home. The location is perfect: right in the center, only a 3-minute walk to the lake. The windows overlook a beautiful view of the lake and the clock tower. Breakfast is included and offers a nice selection of cheeses, cold cuts, fruits, and vegetables. There is also a menu with egg dishes and crêpes, and you can order different types of coffee. The staff is very polite and always ready to help. The rooms are new and spotlessly clean, with daily housekeeping. Each room has a small fridge and a safe. This time I booked a room with a balcony – and it was absolutely worth it! On the rooftop there is a terrace with tables and sunbeds for relaxing, with breathtaking views of the lake, the town, and the mountains. For those traveling by car or motorcycle, there is a paid garage at the hotel. If it is full, the hosts can reserve a space in a nearby parking lot. Within a 5-minute walk you will also find the ferry, which can take you to wonderful places such as Limone sul Garda and Malcesine. Since we love traveling by car, the hotel was also a convenient starting point for trips to Milan, the Franciacorta and Serravalle outlets, Verona, Brescia, the thermal baths of Sirmione, and charming nearby towns. The atmosphere of the hotel is always quiet and relaxing, as the guests are very respectful. The hotel operates 24 hours a day, so whenever we returned late at night, the garage and doors were always opened for us. One evening, when it was raining, the owner even came out with an umbrella to accompany us – a very touching gesture. Special thanks to Mauro and Laura for their warm hospitality. If we come back to Italy, we will definitely stay here again – this hotel has truly become like home for us.
