The grounds are amazing. We got to enjoy a swim in the lake and relax on the beach chairs. We only stayed a night because we were walking the Camino di san Benedetto and it was such a treat to enjoy the lake. The family running the hotel are very welcoming and one of the family members spoke perfect English which was very helpful.

Newly furnished room in a historic house with a story. Nice bathroom, fascinating view and absolute peace. Great breakfast served directly by the owner. Great host, will advise on everything. He recommended dinner at a friend who runs a restaurant, when he invites guests directly into the house and into the kitchen. Parking is no problem. Nice walks in the area, but hilly.

For peace of mind just come here.. so relaxing and quiet.. very nice stay.. the kitchen had everything that you need.. we had our garden and had a very sweet visitor, Mr Cat.. 🐈 it’s in the outskirts of Rieti.. 16kms away.. but so much worth it. If you need groceries buy before cause there is just a small alimentarie near by.. Definitely recommend here.. The owner was very nice and helpful too..

The location is very central. The apartment is desinged beautifully with vintage furnitures, heating system and a new practical kitchen. The matresses and the pillows are very comfortable. The host is very welcoming. The fridge is stocked with fruits,milk and drinks. The area is quite and the view from the bedrooms is beautiful. The only part that could be better is that the bedroom is not 100% dark in the morning. There is a bit of light coming in from the windows and the additional heater makes a light sound while it's being on. I would go back again.

Perfect location about 200 meters from the beach, private parking, exactly like in the pictures if not better. You can see the lake nicely from the balcony. Everything is new and completely clean. The room and bathroom are cozy. There is a lounge area with mini fridge, coffee machine and packed breakfast. The milk frother makes wonderful foam. The owner was very nice and let us check-out whenever since there weren't many tourists in the town at the end of the summer season. We were able to park our road bikes securely. We would have loved to stay longer at this time of year (beginning of September). We basically had the lake to ourselves for swimming, and it was perfect. I highly recommend it.
