Everything was perfect, Elena messaged us before we got there to arrange the keys as we were arriving quite late. All instructions were clear and precise with absolutely no issues in communication. The apartment was immaculate with clear instructions on waste which I hope we got all correctly. The apartment was bright, Airy and so fresh with everything we needed and more. I would happily use this accommodation again if i was in the locality as it was flawless with lovely hosts. There is a restaurant below La Giara which the food is phenomenal and the staff were lovely too. It must have been the local 'go to' place as it was busy every night and with the food / prices its easy to understand why.

Had an amazing stay in a stylish duplex studio! The room was beautifully designed with high-quality materials, and the bathroom was luxurious with top-notch fixtures and great sample hygiene products. The host gave excellent tips for hiking and exploring Biella, which made our trip even better. The breakfast was huge and had a great variety. No complaints at all — highly recommend!

Hotel Michelangelo is an exceptionally welcoming and comfortable hotel, conveniently close to the railway station. Our generously sized room with balcony was very quiet. The staff are delightful, helpful and friendly. The breakfast is outstanding! Every element was totally delicious and service was very good. We cannot praise it too highly.
