It is very quite where we could really relax. The breakfast was superb, and we had a good selection of homemade food. The pool, the external and interior design was unique. The staff especially the owners were amazing, they really know how to please and serve their clients. It is also super afe with private parking.Well done.

When we booked the accommodation, I thought it looked too good for be true. But the hotel exceeded all our expectations! We stayed there one week in end of May. The garden was blossoming at the time we were there, which made the garden incredibly beautiful, like a fairy tale. However, the thing that made this hotel to be the best hotel I have stayed at was the staff! Everyone was super friendly and polite, they made us feel welcomed and they didn't hesitate to help us with booking wine tasting or answer any question we made had. Our experience would not have been the same if it wasn't for the staff and their excellent level of service.

It is a very picturesque town, and it is easy to visit the top spots. Take a slow walk down the cliff from the town to the beach. The sand is fine and the water is a clear blue. Go up to the monastery and take photos of the coast. Just spend some time walking down the narrow streets and alleyways. We went in the offseason and didn't get a chance to visit Stromboli, the volcanic island. That should be a highlight and something we will do next time.

We loved the choice of beaches and the crystal clear sea, we could see fish swimming within touching distance of us. When its really hot, there is plenty of shady beach areas if wanted. The old town was amazing to see from the beach underneath, the way its been built on the cliff. Good choice of restaurants and bars.

I loved the views and the variety of spots to relax from high up in town to down close to the sea. The wind and cooler temperatures stopped us from entering the water however, as the sea temperature is still quite temperate there were many swimmers early October.

The beaches were amazing. Places we ate that I recommend, That's Amore, great food and lots of ambiance, Diamante Rosso, Pinturicchio has great fish dishes and the best gelato was at Gelati Tonino.

Tropea is a beautiful town and a beautiful beach resort. There was a lovely atmosphere there. Nice restaurants and reasonable priced. While spectacular there are lots of steps between the beach and the town which may not suit some people.

Such and incredible place! It ticks all the boxes: reachable by train/airplane, beautiful village, incredible beach. You can easily reach by boat the Eolian islands or via train Scilla and Reggio Calabria.

A great little apartment which was easy to find by car and had its own free parking place. After travelling through Italy this is a rare thing. It was 2 story with a tiny spiral staircase to the mezzanine bedroom upstairs, with a bathroom, lounge and kitchenette downstairs. There was a separate wall TV and air conditioner on both levels. Very clean, sparsely decorated and comfortable. Also had a washing machine and small drying area out back, which was very useful. Very close to shops and restaurants and Tropea old town sites.

Quaint and beautiful surroundings didn’t make it feel like a traditional hotel at all. This is personified by the breakfast service which is stunning. The staff were so accommodating and kind in all aspects. It’s a fantastically quiet, clean and manicured hotel and ticks every box whoever you are and whatever you intend to do in this region of Italy. I would recommend this to anyone. Thank you so much.

This is my second stay at the hotel. This time was even better than the first! beautiful, large room sign two balconies and huge double shower. Breakfast included eggs, meat and cheese choices, fruit, and pastries. Best cappuccinos in Italy! Superb staff. Perfect location—quick walk to the center and the train station.
