Teresa is doing everything to make sure you have an excellent stay at Casa Gaia. The breakfast/lunch was very tasteful we liked the special bread and cake very much. The apartment has everything you need. In Trivigno is a small supermarket where you can buy things like water, canned food, pasta and there is a small grocery shop for fresh vegetables. The town is very peaceful and quiet. We made a really nice walk/hike in the environment. The 7 Stones path from Castelmezzano to Pietrapertosa is only 15km drive by car. Also we discovered a part of the Basilicata with many authentic small villages and fantastic panorama's.

The apartment is located in a nice small town, close to a lot of places you can visit. It is the perfect vantage point. The apartment is clean and you have everything you might need. The host is super nice and has layed out various recommendations for places to visit. It’s a great way to discover new places in the area as well! She also explains where you can get the best croissants, good dinner and where you can get groceries or fresh fruit in the town. On top of everything, it has a cute balcony which catches the sun in the morning. Perfect for breakfast and a board or card game. We have stayed in various places in south Italy, and this is definitely our favorite!

The staff were very super friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to assist us. The hotel was renovated just last year. I loved the style. Fresh and modern but with a lot of personality. I will definitely stay here again next time I am in the area. Castelmezzano is a gorgeus little mountain village and they're lucky to have such a great hotel at the best location.

Wonderfully comfortable apartment in the middle of Pietrapertosa. Check-in was easy (with a helpful video to get around the village), the bed and shower were very comfortable. There was a large variety of things to eat for breakfast and coffee and tea are also available. The location was perfect to us, but you have to be able to walk up and down to the parking lot on pretty steep roads.

I’m glad that we chose this accommodation. The parking is just outside the apartment and there’s no need to drag our luggages around. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Well stocked with yogurt, jams/Nutella, coffee, biscuits etc - more than what I have expected. We had a delicious homemade pie for breakfast. While it is not within walking distance to the town centre, I didn’t think it is a problem if you’re driving. We could easily find free parking. Friendly host, highly recommended.
