A true 5* experience ! A wonderful, welcoming place to stay. Our room showed endless attention to detail illustrating impeccable taste, from the samovar kettle to the beautiful light fitting in the bathroom. Breakfast was a highlight, served beautifully under the vine covered trellis. Local produce underlined Simonas ethical world view on sustainability. Everything was spotlessly clean, and serviced regularly. Many thanks to Simona, Giuliano, Maia and the team!

A truly unforgettable few days- incredible views of the idyllic countryside from our room windows and from the thermal pools, really excellent massages , comfortable and spacious beds , beautifully appointed rooms. The staff were welcoming and did their utmost to make our stay special, including upgrading our room on check in which was a lovely surprise. A lovely home in the quiet countryside along the via Francigena route. The place is seriously underrated (it should have more than a 10 rating!) and the pictures on booking does not do justice to the place. In actuality, the room (2 bedrooms) feels like a 5 star hotel with lovely decor, nice sheets, very comfortable pillows (unlike some other places we have stayed at for the same price) and bed. The garden was a really a chill area to rest after a long walk and the small outdoor kitchen was functional enough for us to cook some instant foods. Host was really lovely and generous.

We spent two unforgettable weeks at Agriturismo Corvaia – a place we can wholeheartedly describe as a true gem in the heart of Tuscany. This is not one of those “agritourism” spots that have been transformed into luxury villas disguised as farms. Corvaia has preserved its authentic rural soul, offering a genuine experience that’s increasingly rare to find. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and kindness. The hosts are truly wonderful people – friendly, helpful, always available, yet respectful of your space. Their passion for what they do is evident in every detail, making you feel instantly at home, even though you’re far from it. The property itself is charming in its simplicity. The buildings carry history and character, and everything is impeccably clean and well maintained. There’s no artificial luxury here – instead, you’ll find peace, nature, the scent of sun-warmed earth, and the soothing sound of birds and cicadas. The surroundings are breathtaking, with rolling hills, olive groves, and forests creating the perfect setting for rest and reconnection with nature. Every morning we enjoyed fresh, homemade breakfasts – always something different, always delicious. The home-baked cakes were exceptional, and the jams and olive oil made by the hosts themselves were simply exquisite. It’s well worth booking dinner, too – Navar, one of the hosts, is a talented chef who cooks with passion and heart. Every meal he prepares is a tribute to Tuscan tradition, full of flavor and authenticity. Agriturismo Corvaia is the kind of place that stays with you long after you leave – a peaceful retreat for those looking to experience the real Tuscany. We wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone wanting to unwind in a beautiful natural setting, enjoy exceptional homemade food, and be part of something real.
