The property is a Bed and Breakfast in a wonderful location overlooking Lake Bracciano. Carla is a very welcoming host and her breakfast was delicious. The room is comfortable and tastefully decorated and the pool was so inviting. It’s only a short drive to the town of Trevignano Romano with wonderful restaurants. Also Bracciano is only a short drive with its amazing castle and fabulous restaurants including a Tapas Bar built into the walls of the castle.

The property is a short walk from town. Really central and very easy to walk to the lake. It is a steep ish road down to the lake and a bit of a climb up but was fine, even in the heat. Hosts so friendly & helpful. A delight!! They helped us with travel to our friend's wedding. They had no English and our Italian was sketchy but we got by.

Alessandro was a great host. The location is great and we enjoyed our stay. Room has everything you could possibly need, a kitchen, washing machine, fridge... We stayed just one night but we could easily spend whole vacation here. Outside is beautiful little garden and outside seating area.

A hidden Gem, off the beaten track for most tourists from outside Italy. Trevignano is less than an hour from Rome's international airport so it makes for a great spot to spend the last few days of an Italian adventure. The area has a vibrant, happy vibe about it as well as being surrounded by historical Roman ruins so relax or explore.

We absolutely loved this town.

We absolutely loved this town. It was our favorite one on Lake Bracciano. September weather was perfect to eat out at the many restaurants (all good). The old historic district was absolutely amazing and the old piazza has a great cafe and Osteria next door. Food everywhere was amazing. People for most part were very friendly. Just smile and tell them how much you love Trevignano……which is easy to do. We WILL be back. God willing!

The lake is beautiful and the promenade along the lake is a great place to stroll. It’s dog friendly, and good for exercising or just stopping at a cafe or sit at the beach. In the summer it must be great to rent a boat or swim here but in the winter time it’s just a great place to relax and enjoy village life

This is a pleasant bar along the Bracciano shore road with a small hotel above. Management is extremely friendly, responsive to requests, and somebody clearly thought unusually hard about most of the little touches that would make a stay more pleasant. That includes the architecture and engineering, which was clearly aimed at trying to minimize noise and maximize convenience. Very comfortable beds. Bathroom layout and spacious shower were much appreciated. Very good breakfast.

If you are looking for a relaxing place from the hustle and bustle, this accomodation is the right one. Wonderful, nice owners are happy to help, we really enjoyed the lovely garden in front of the appartment where you can rest, do your work out or have a barbecue. We loved the homemade eggs as a welcome gift. Trevignano Romano, a little town with grocery shopping, restaurants and a beautiful lakeside promenade is about 10-minute drive (a small part on unpaved road).
