the quiet location , great staff , honestly aldo and his team couldn’t do enough for us . the smell of fresh bread in the morning . and freshly ground coffee . myself and my wife will be back here next year . you have numerous bars restaurants all within a 5 minute walk , from italian , to pizza parlors , steak houses , Chinese etc you won’t get better value for money . fresh laundry every day . good air con system . loved it tbh !! hence why we will be back

Everything! We had a delightful reception by the charming extended family and especially by Emmanuel. Our room was wonderful with everything we needed, great air conditioning, comfortable bed, plenty of towels and bottles of iced water, with a wonderful adjacent private bathroom. Parking easy on the quiet street. Access to the old town a few minutes’ walk and we had a fantastic meal at ‘Il Borgo’ there. BreaKfast the next morning was super with homemade cake - a lovely way to start a long day. Thanks to you all for your hospitality.

A beautiful place to stay and explore the surrounding countryside. My Dad's younger brother brother was killed in action in Coriano during WWII, I fulfilled a 37yr old promise to myself to honour his grave. La Sivana B&B was a great place to stay during this time.
