Wonderful! Location, breakfast, dinner, design and efficient staff. In Wednesdays the boat of the hotel takes the guests to the market in Luino and back. We received an upgrade and the room was with garden and lake view

The room was amazing: really 5 ⭐️ authentic (!!) quality with a soul: Italian floors, classy wooden furniture, marble bathroom, comfy beds and cushions,… Breakfast was LOVE ❤️ The owner, Luigi and his lovable staff make sure every detail is better than you can ever dream of! If possible, I would rate it 11! A volonté doppio espresso, latte with oat milk, eggs made to perfection, Italian cheeses & ham, healthy yoghurt and powerfood grains, a wonderful selection of home made cakes, Prosecco,… Congratulations to everyone. This is what true hospitality is 🥂 Luigi, grazie mille - you ARE an angel!

The location, hotel and grounds were excellent. The breakfast was fantastic. We didn’t take up the option of the 5 course meal but we were constantly shown what we were missing by the next table so we will definitely have it next time.
