Check-in/check-out was very smooth, the hotel looks new and very clean, the staff is very friendly and it is one of the very rare hotels that has a fantastic mattress and you can sleep without back pain. Very clean hotel.. comfortable beds..superb breakfast.. close to some mall and golf resort. We had to go to lake como and lake Lugano by car on different days so this hotel was convenient for us.. also close to airport Milan Malpensa so it was easy to travel for our early morning flight.
