Brand new accommodation with a beautifully and tastefully furnished room and bathroom, equipped with everything we could possibly need. Spotlessly clean, with great attention to details. Francesca is a very warm and friendly host – she and her family were all incredibly kind and welcoming. Breakfast was prepared with great care, including prior consideration of any special dietary needs. Both sweet and salty options were available, everything was delicious, beautifully presented, with excellent coffee. Our dog was also warmly welcomed, and there was even a little surprise waiting for him in the room. The garden is huge and our car was also safe inside the courtyard. The surrounding area is stunning – with many wineries nearby and easy access to Udine and Cividale del Friuli. We recommend this place to anyone! :)

Our stay at the wine resort in the Udine area was an exceptional experience! Our host(Francesco) was incredibly kind and helpful - not only did he give us a warm welcome, but he also translated the restaurant's menu into Bulgarian, which made it easy for us to enjoy the culinary offerings. The rooms were ideally designed for relaxation: quiet, dark, with very comfortable mattresses and pillows that ensured a restful sleep. Dinner was a real culinary delight, prepared with home-grown ingredients, and the wine was first class. This is a lovely place to relax and taste wine, run with care and attention to detail. Highly recommended to anyone looking for comfort and Italian hospitality!

Room was spacious and well prepared for the stay, and what's more important - looked way much better than on the pictures. We absolutely fell in love with its design. Everything was perfectly clean and the bed was really comfortable. I can't find anything negative, expect that there was no possibility to eat breakfast in this lovely blue room downstairs, which was truly amazing for us! We also had a dinner in the Osteria restaurant and it was great choice.

Beautiful property, very comfortable, set in a stunning location. Gorgeous room, comfortable bed, generous bathrooms, dining room. Romina is wonderful, she makes you feel so welcome and is very friendly and kind. Breakfast was amazing also, with our vegetarian diet, it just kept coming. Loved every minute of our stay. Such a lovely place! Very thoughtfully decorated, unlike any of the places we stayed in. Great comunication and absolutely wonderful breakfast that you can enjoy outside on the lovely patio with a sound of the water running in little fountain. Super comfortable bed. Great aircon was a huge plus since it was more then 35 Celsius during our stay.

Very neat, cozy and clean house. It is managed by very nice owners that were trying to help as much as they can on any ask we had. We had a great breakfast too that lady owner prepared for us.
