Super-friendly host! Very clean but authentic, comfortable bed, soft towels, next to the old church. You can ask for the breakfast and the host serv it in his own living-room with home-made food and in accompaniment of classic music. Dog friendly place and you have a lot of space for dog. Compact, but enough for 3 people and you have all you need.

This time we had early arrival and it was raining while day, so we were lucky to be proposed for early check-in which saved us. Anyway, this hotel is very fresh and clean, you have all you need there. So, it’s not a final our visit of this hotel!

The property is a beautiful old renew Italian style villa. The rooms are clean and enough spacious. We enjoyed a very good bottle of wine with the sunset. The breakfast was more than good, delicious. Very nice host, a beautiful family, very kind and friendly. I highly recommend this stay.

We enjoyed our stay in Villa Serena. At first, we were a bit skeptical because the host was new and didn't have any reviews, so we weren't sure what to expect. Well, let me tell you that it felt like we stayed at our friends' place rather than a Booking host. The villa is located in a calm village near San Donà di Piave, which has a railway connection with just a 30-minute ride to Venice, and if you stay in this area, Venice is a must-visit location. Imagine being surrounded by nature and waking up in tranquility, without the white noise we are used to hear in cities. We spent our mornings on the terrace with a coffee, just gazing and listening to the quiet. There is a little canal in the backyard and with all these walnut trees, just gorgeous. We even took some morning walks through this walnut "forrest" just to forget about the world for a while. Our host, Nando, a perfectionist in the best way, thought about everything, I mean everything. From a well-equipped kitchen, which by the way was impeccably clean, to all the small details in the flat, he provided everything from a washing machine to a coffee maker. You could even find washing liquid in the cupboard if you didn’t bring it for the washing machine, as well as spare batteries for the remote if it stops working. Amazing attention to detail! The unique part was a guest book he put together with a go-to guide for local supermarkets, restaurants, and places to visit during our stay. The highlight was the genuine warmth of Nando and his father whom we met the day of our arrival. We accidentally managed to lock ourselves out the first night and asked for help. Nando was immediately there to assist, and we had a good laugh about the whole thing. If we are ever back in the area, we wouldn't even look anywhere else; we are definitely coming back. As someone who travels A LOT, and has highest genius level on booking.

The kindness of the Host and her Mother was really what we liked; the old woman, Gabriella, was so generous and kind! The farm was nice and quiet, the city is so close, and everything is within 10-minute drive, the room is so new and everything is in perfect condition! I will come again, and I hope to find the place as it was this time :)
