Great, large room that was very clean. Bed was comfortable and was easy to control the temperature in the room with the air con. Every morning our room was cleaned and bed made. The shower was great. And the breakfast was honestly wonderful, the ladies running the business couldn’t do enough for you.

The property is immaculately clean, just beyond words. Very beautifuly decorated, amazing inner yard, very cozy and comfortable. Breakfast was just outstanding, the best we ever had in Italy (and we’ve had a lot throughout the years). The owners are very warm and hospitable people, who take the best care of their guests. Town of Bertiolo is small, but there are a few places to eat and have an evening walk.

A very friendly interaction with the family-owners. The accommodation is extremely comfortable and a beautiful space to enjoy. I really liked the celebration of the family history of clothes-tailoring. A great base for visiting Aquileia, Udine and Cividale del Friuli. A very comfortable bed.

Fabulous apartment last minute booking on our travels and was close enough to where we were travelling too. Shop across the street onsite parking great terrace. Three beers on arrival, gotta love that.. Would definitely recommend.
