The staff were superb. We were greeted by Carlos and the team with such a warm welcome. We were able to check-in early and had a complimentary glass of prosecco which was a nice surprise. Throughout orlur stay Carlos and Co. were warm, friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for a stroll into town and the hotel occupies a proud position at the top of the hill. The star of the show here is the spa. A subterranean grotto of luxury unearthed in 2010 and transformed into a breathtaking experiential wellness centre. Included in our stay was an exclusive 2-hour traditional roman spa circuit and it was incredible. Thank you, Carlos and team for making our visit so unforgettable. We will be back!

The location was absolutely perfect for an easy access to Assisi and it's historic scenery. The hotel is very modern with an easy access and was very easy to locate, rooms were not very big but they were clean and neat, with nice interiors. The breakfast buffet was amazing and the hotel offered a parking space for only €10. I recommend this accommodation - 9,5/10!

The hosts were very attentive and friendly. The villa is beautiful outside and in. I lost my beads behind built in furniture and they retrieved them for me. Breakfast was generous continental breakfast with lots of choice. Staff always on hand making sure we had all we needed. Would def stay again and highly recommend. One of our group had an amazing terrace balcony where we were able to share our carry out pizzas, very pleasant, our hosts provided cutlery etc.
