Wonderful! The best hotel service in my life ( I travel a lot). It does not need a lot of words to describe. It was just perfect. The best combination of historical buildings and new technologies I have ever seen. The Staff are extremely professional with a huge passion for their job. Nice space around the building and impressive history of the villa make it the best solution to enjoy Italy and the high level hospitality. I don’t want to go back to Venice, but I will definitely go back to the hotel! It deserves the highest estimate possible.

Excellent location! Very convenient location to travel to and from Venice without payment the exorbitant hotel pricing. Walking distance to train station, 2 large supermarkets, restaurants and even a laundromat, McDonalds etc. Would definitely stay there again! Luca, the host, was really helpful when minor problems occurred (a blind that didn't work and a TV that was reluctant to turn on). The location close to Spinea railway station is really good.
