The location: The house is in a small village situated in the west central part of Sardinia which makes it an excellent base for visits to all near by sides. Alghiero, Bosa, Sassari, Oristano and the excellent beaches in Arutas The place is a new modern construction (opened July 2025), have 4 rooms each on with it's one very spacious and modern bathroom with all the amenities needed in it. There is also a common area with a complete kitchen where also breakfast is served each morning. The breakfast contains mostly local products and much of them are made from the garden of Maria who with her husband Matteo are excellent hosts.. The whole space is very clean and the room we had was big with a very confortable double bed. We had direct access also to a small balcony facing a beautiful garden. Definitely a place to come back

Ros’e Mari Green Room Hotel in Sardinia is a true hidden gem. From the moment we arrived, Mrs. Lucia made us feel completely at home and genuinely welcome. The atmosphere is full of charm, with a beautiful greenhouse, vintage furniture, and lush surroundings that make the place feel truly unique. Breakfast was lovely and thoughtfully prepared. Knowing my girlfriend is gluten intolerant, they baked fresh, gluten-free pastries just for us—an incredibly kind and personal touch. The rooms are cozy and feature modern bathrooms, combining comfort with character. Michela, who looks after the guests, took amazing care of us from the very beginning. Her warmth and attention made a real difference. They also provided us with beach towels and an umbrella, which was super convenient for our outings. The on-site restaurant serves delicious food—the pizza was outstanding and definitely not cold, contrary to some reviews. We loved it so much that we changed our evening plans just to eat there again. We would come back in a heartbeat. Simply lovely.

The hotel is a little dated however was in a fantastic location in walking distance to the centre, close to restaurants and cafes. The staff were extremely friendly, very helpful and always greeting you when entering and leaving the hotel, no question was a bother. The room had everything you would need. Breakfast was good with all the basic continental foods. I would highly recommend staying at the hotel if you want a place to stay close to the centre.
