The owners were very kind. We had some issues with the bed sheets for our kid and they fixed it immedaitely. The location is very good - parks, good communication, local market around the corner. And some small stage and concerts in park next door.

Savo the Concierge was absolutely amazing. The entire staff did a lovely job. The location worked well for us and though we didn't walk to the City Center it was a quick uber ride there and back. Driving into the City as we did in the evening Milan can be imposing but daytime paints another picture of this lovely city. There is an amazing Thai restaurant called Thai Square. My wife is Thai and said it was exceptional.
