Old hotel with long tradition but very well maintained hotel; clean rooms; good air conditioning (August 2023); friendly and helpfull staff; close to Termini station; safe area; many restaurants around; metro station 3 min of walking; supermarket 2 streets away (5min walking). Breakfast was ok; especially freshly baked pastries. Brioches with Pistachio and Crema filling were fantastic. This is not the hotel issues; its more city of Rome issue - garbage/trash. Surrounding is drowning in trash. In front of the hotel is clean and also cleaning ladies separate the trash you made in room - very well done guys. This is the way you take care of your city! See ya soon again.

Very friendly staff that welcomed us with coffee and pastries and gave travel advice. Easy check in and check out. Rooms are very clean and the location is excellent. Not right downtown but very close to metro stations and within walking distance to food places. Definitely recommend!

I ate at the adjacent Bistrot. Excellent food and very competitive prices for the quality of the food and drinks offered. It's located near the Tiburtina and adjacent to the highways. Very convenient. I'd just avoid walking. It's still on the outskirts.

I really liked the helpfulness of all the staff, who were...

I really liked the helpfulness of all the staff, who were always attentive to the customer (I mean from morning to evening). Even though the location is on the outskirts and on the provincial road, there is an excellent transfer service for getting around... I absolutely recommend everything and I can't wait to return soon.

The location is excellent for anyone who needs to commute to nearby offices or businesses for work. All the reception and service staff were courteous. The rooms were very clean.

Small hotel on a very busy road (but no noise in the rooms). Nice and gentle staff. Correct price for the offer. No elevator availble, so pay attention not to have very heavy luggage with you.
